Mental Health
Mental health as defined by World Health Organisation (WHO), is a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community. It includes social, psychological and emotional well-being of an individual. It is the foundation for emotions, thinking, communication and learning. Mental health is also the key to relationships, personal and emotional well-being. Mental illness are health condition which involves changes in emotion, thinking or behaviour (or a combination of these). Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of.
